These items will allow you to effectively clean your phone without damaging the delicate touch screen or the inner workings of your beautiful cell phone.

Before you clean your iPhone, you should make sure you have the following items: water, a microfiber cloth, and your favorite CD to relax and make the process enjoyable. Make sure you never use chemical agents to clean your iPhone, as these can interfere with the way the screen interacts with you. Once you have collected all the items, sit down and put the water in a small cup. Using the microfiber cloth, available from many iPhone retailers, dip one corner of the cloth in water, allowing it to saturate with water.

Be sure not to use too much water, a good way to test to see if you have enough water is to grab a piece of glass or go in front of a mirror and wipe the corner with a damp cloth . If there are water droplets from where you wiped the mirror, it means you have too much water on the cloth and need to dry it.

You want to be able to wipe the iPhone screen without leaving a drop of water behind. After that, take the slightly damp cloth and start wiping your iPhone screen in an up and down motion. Don't wipe in circles, as this can leave unsightly smudges when you turn on your iPhone. It usually takes one or two wipes to clean the entire surface of the iPhone. How often you clean your iPhone depends on how you use it. Since your phone's screen is the interface for the entire product, you'll be using it constantly, so oils from your fingers will start to build up and create a sloppy look on the screen. Ordinary users clean their iPhone once a week, maybe once every two weeks.
