If you want to capitalize the first letter of a word, just hold down the Shift key and then click on the letter you want to capitalize, but what happens when you want to capitalize the entire word ? It's very simple and doesn't require you to click the Shift key before each letter. You'll want to go to Settings and then tap General after tapping Keyboard. From there you'll tap "Enable Caps Lock", then when you double tap the Shift key it will turn blue, now you can type all caps.
